Principal Health Clinic’s medical staff is a dedicated group of professionals committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care. With expertise ranging from family medicine to urgent care and addiction treatment, our team works collaboratively to support patients in every stage of their health journey.
Bien is a certified ARNP with years of experience in family medicine, urgent care, hospitalist, and addiction medicine as an inpatient detox and outpatient MAT provider. In his free time, Bien enjoys traveling along with spending time with his family and friends.
The support staff at Principal Health Clinic ensures seamless operations and exceptional patient experiences. With expertise in management, marketing, and medical reception, they create a welcoming and efficient environment, helping the clinic and medical staff run smoothly while supporting quality care.
Karolina is the first staff face you’ll see when enter Principal Health Clinic. She is a Medical Receptionist who was born in Ukraine but grew up in Puyallup. She is passionate about the medical field and believes this job aligns perfectly with her career goals. In her free time, Karolina enjoys trying new recipes. She is also a proud mother of a lovely daughter.
Morgan Miller is a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant who excels in assisting both patients and providers. Passionate about healthcare and community service, she thrives in a role that allows her to make a difference while continuously learning. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys cooking, experimenting with sourdough recipes, and spending quality time with her family.
Shawna has a strong background in medical billing and is passionate about ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional support for both patients and providers. She’s known for her keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to maintaining a smooth, positive experience for everyone involved. Outside of work, Shawna enjoys reading, cheering on the Seattle Mariners and Seahawks, listening to true crime podcasts, and spending time with her eight cats.
Patrick has an extensive background in marketing across a number of fields, and is eager to learn more about the health industry. He has a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to storytelling. In his free time, he enjoys exploring new sites around the Pacific Northwest, musical theatre, and spending time with all his animals.
